New York New York Pizza Pasta - La Mesa

I visited this place at least once a year. I visited it more often than Zee worked there. I ordered a pizza today after a photo that someone published here. I showed the guy the picture and asked him to duplicate the crust. He began to act as if it were complicated and that he could not measure the thickness of the crust after the photo. I almost got out because he was a hole. But I came from L.A., so I didn't want to waste a trip. I ordered a 12 pizza with olives, mushrooms, pepperoni and red onions. The red onions and olives were NOT fresh and gave the pizza a bad taste! I called to talk to a manager about a refund several times, and the hole said they don't have a manager. I won't recommend this restaurant. And I want a refund for my dinner and my gasoline. Negative 5 stars for service. One (1) star because I had to.

5 stars for great pizza with great options. But 3 stars for their ordering process. We ordered several times and the app can be frustrating. Tell you how long it will be and you will come and you have to wait 10-15 minutes. Love the pizza so it's worth waiting.

I love the works and the veggie pizza here. Friday evenings could be busy so it could wait an hour for your pizza.

Remove pizza. not ny crust but soggy and inconspicuous. unfriendly staff, not rude in itself, but not friendly. the man before me was made to wait for his finished pizza while the man at the desk went away to take new orders by phone. It wasn't fast. No one even said that we are right with you... also give srooge-like with parmesean. I make my own pizza.

Super good pizza, but they need a sign that says they do pizza by the slice. I?ve driven by 100 times and never stopped in because I rarely order an entire pizza. Would have stopped a lot had I known they had slices
