This restaurant needs a more attentive manager, or perhaps it should consider closing down. We waited over 50 minutes from placing our order to receiving our meals. When the food finally arrived, it was incomplete, with some items still missing from the kitchen. I ordered the endless shrimp dinner and had to wait 25 minutes for each new serving. Ultimately, I was just trying to make the most of it. It also took 10-15 minutes to get a drink after it was served. We noticed that other diners were also experiencing delays, with some not even having their orders taken after 30 minutes. In addition to the incredibly slow and inattentive service, the food was overly breaded, and the fried items tasted like they were cooked in old oil. We won’t be returning unless we see a sign saying it's under new management.

Excellent service from Nat, and the Maine lobsters were cooked to perfection.

After about 15-20 minutes, our waitress finally arrived, and from that point on, everything went smoothly. She was attentive and efficient, and the food was excellent. However, it's clear that the front desk staff could benefit from some training and a better attitude. Additionally, it seems that they need to hire more staff, possibly in anticipation of the location closing for a new hotel!
