The Habit Burger Grill - La Mesa

Ok I didn't know what to expect (hoping for a good burger), I was super surprised that a fast food burger could come out this delicious. Patty's aren't real big so if you're hungry, like I was order a double. It was buttery and flavorful and juicy. Frieswere fresh and crispy and didn't taste like old fryer oil that hadn't been changed in a while. I'm definitely going back. Oh andit is not expensive only a couple more dollars than any other fast food but so much better.

Was not too fond of this particular location because there was insufficient parking but the food made up for that. The hamburger tasted great, the tempura green beans was a fresh item. The day I visited they had the Cauliflower which was also atreat. Definitely, a must try!!!

Parking was a biotch. I'm disabled so I parked in a curbside pickup. Mgr was at the door an clearly saw I walked slowly with cane. Greeted by him as well lady taking order. Ordered Sante Barbara Char. OMW. Fresh ????, lettuce, mayo, heavy pickle 7.69 $Added onion rings panko made. 3$ something. Peppercinos were fresh in the condiment bar. Had fountain water. Only ate half.Rest went home . Clean restrooms, dining area, sanitized tables an booths, bar stools, music was alternative an low. Enjoyed thea/c. Returning.

The food was a little salty. We got the double char combo and a Teriyaki Char with cheese. We paid over $20 for two burgers one fry and on soda. It was a little high for the size. The staff was friendly and the bathrooms do not require a code to get in.That is an excellent step in customer service. At least we gave it a try. Not sure if we will be back. I took pictures too,ill try to add them. We were able to dine inside or outside. And they do have heaters above the tables outside for heat duringthe winter.

The food is always good but I've had several instances of my curbside orders not prepared per the online order at the La Mesa location. They always correct it but it usually means another trip out there. I advise thoroughly checking your order beforedriving away.
