I had lunch and chose the menu del Dia. It was fish soup and then fried fish with salad and rice. I paid 8 usd and it was okay, it's basic. Sitting is beautiful next to the sea (not on the beach) and in the shade with a cool breeze. Friendly staff. You can drink lemonades as much as you want in the menu.

Considering how hard it is to find food in Providencia as a vegan journey with a vegetarian La Rosa del Viento and excellent option. Vegan: Pesto Pasta, amazing al dente and the sauce was very delicious. The vegetables were also very nice. Patacones (Platine) were also very delicious! The only reason I don't rate this restaurant with 5 is because we had to wait more than 30 minutes for our food. Otherwise, for what the island has to offer when you are a vegan, this is a 5-star option.
