Rompeolas - La Oliva

Visited this restaurant last year and found the food amazing. Visited last night, and we were very disappointed. I had the fried squid marked on the menu as a must-have. I thought it was average at best my husband has the hot salad and really enjoyed it. The real issue was the mains my cod contained a lot of large bones, and I felt the fish had very little flavour. My husband had attempted to order the leg of lamb but was advised it wasn't available but was offered lamb chop instead. When it arrived it was tiny slices of lamb chop on top of a dozen chips. The lamb consisted of mainly bone and gristle with barely a fork full of edible meat in total €24). At no point were we asked if the food was OK we paid the bill and left we won't be returning We had eaten at the Ugly Duckling the previous evening, and the food and service there puts Rompeolas to shame

A fabulous gem we found in 2021. Recommended to our friends we travelled with and we were not disappointed on our return. I had the Duck Foie Gras that was absolutely stunning. Calamari was divine. Couldn’t recommend this restaurant enough. We were only in Corralejo for a week and lucky enough to eat there twice. Fabulous setting and wonderful staff too.

Hotel boutique en pleno corazón de Corralejo, con historia pues fue el primer hotel del pueblo. Modernizado y con un look náutico muy cuidado, top staff, top views, top restaurant, altamente recomendable si quieres respirar y conocer el verdadero Corralejo.

Uns sorpresa la decoraciòn. El color blanco predominante trasmite paz y tranquilidad. Santi muy atento en todo momento. La encargada del desayuno servicial y muy eficaz

Me encanta su decoración, la atención de su personal, la calidad de la comida y la presentación de los platos. La mejor tarta de queso que he comido en mucho tiempo…!! Mejor reservar.
