Marie's Diner - La Plata

Food was so reasonable and my pork chop was cooked to perfection and big, fried potatoes and onions so many and eggs were good with cheddar cheese. I would go again. love this diner. friendly atmosphere.

Large menu, inexpensive food, good portions, and a warm atmosphere. What more do you want from a diner?

While we go for breakfast on the weekends. (We eat in if the wait isn't too long. The desserts are worth taking the trip alone if you just happen to drive by. Parking: Parking can be found in the front and rear of the building.

It is like walking into the restaurant version of the television series named Cheers.I felt like part of the family while interacting with the employees there. The banter and food was on point!

Let me just start by saying that the food at Marie’s diner is incredible. It’s been my favorite place to get food since I moved to the area about 2 years ago.However, the wait times are often insane. I’ve never been able to sit down and eat because there’s usually an hour or longer wait time (probably indicative of how good the food is). So my only option is to call and order or order online. Unfortunately, phone and online orders have been unavailable for several weeks now and it’s been disappointing. If you want some breakfast, you’d better get there 2 hours before you plan on eating.
