Mcdonald's - La Plata

The manager, Nellie, is terrible. She constantly yells at her employees, even in front of customers. She is extremely rude and lacks customer service and management skills. On the other hand, I have to give 5 stars to the assistant, Cindy. She is amazing and should be the general manager as she exemplifies great customer service.

Let me tell them how much these mcdonalds suck. they do not fill their drinks at the top of the cup. they gave me a half-filled child cup for my sons of enkels and said that it should be. today we have ordered 3 plain hamburger because my enkel ketchup, sneak or sneak doesn't like. you also screwed up the order. he has three hamburger mixed with all he wants. you all suck, easy and easy. I won't be back.

Pretty decent for the food was fresh. Sad thing was the cashier didn't speak English and had trouble answering my question about the caramel frappe. I just took what I got and left but wondering if there's a reason why somebody was behind the counter working with the public and not know how to speak English?

Check your drive through order for accuracy, especially if ordering ahead using the app. My order has been wrong and/or missing food 75% of the time.
