Bidra med feedbackI travel frequently and often choose to dine at Buffalo Wild Wings because they are easily accessible. I wanted to share my experience at the Laporte, IN location. The employees were some of the friendliest I have encountered, especially Sara, our server. She was attentive and kind, making our dining experience exceptional. I also had a pleasant conversation with a manager named Paulette, who was a cool and welcoming person. I hope to visit this location again in my future travels, as I have never felt more at home and welcomed. As for parking, it was sufficient.
This was my first time ordering takeout from this restaurant, and I had a great experience. The cashier was efficient and professional, offering me plasticware and napkins. The staff had a welcoming energy and greeted me warmly, but also gave me a moment to breathe when I walked in. This made for a great customer service experience right from the start. My black bean burger was delicious, with the buns toasted just as I had requested. The cooks clearly read and followed my instructions, which was a bonus. Kudos to whoever prepared my meal!
Be prepared to wait during lunch. When we visited, there was only one waitress working and it was very busy, making it difficult for her to keep up. As a result, our food arrived lukewarm. However, we were able to entertain ourselves by participating in the trivia game. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible, with plenty of space.
There food are delicious! Great service and great atmosphere!
From arriving , we sat for over 25 minutes with no one greeting us, bringing a menu, or even acknowledging our presence. My husband had to get an employee's attention to ask if we could get a waitress. When a waitress finally came to our table asking for our order, we had to bring it to her attention we didn't have any menus. Totally oblivious to her surroundings. We ordered food and drinks and waited probably another 30 minutes before a kitchen worker brought out our food. We asked if we could get silverware, napkins, and drinks from the new arriving worker who was able to tend to most of our needs but informed us she could not fulfill the beer refill for my husband. Not sure why no explanation was given and she appeared of age. While eating our food the original waitress never returned and my husband had to share a soft drink with our son in order to have anything to drink with his meal. My meal was so overcooked the breading of the pretzel bites were rock hard and inedible. My husband got the manager and addressed all of these issues to which he only offered a discount and brought my husband his refill. We sat approximately another 25-30 minutes and we already had finished eating prior to the management getting involved and still no one checked on our table at all. One of our party had to go retrieve take out boxes herself from the carry out counter workers and my husband again had to track down the manager to even get our bill. The manager seemed absolutely incapable of acknowledging his employees were struggling or even able to handle basic communication to meet a person's needs in his industry. If I could give this visit zero stars I would. Highly disappointing since we used to really enjoy this venue but after this visit we will likely not return.
