We had a great New Year's Eve evening at the Flow café. Everything was perfect, from the welcome to the meal to the musicians and the night at the ADMIRAL hotel. We recently had a family dinner at your establishment but unfortunately our experience was marred by disappointing service, particularly from a server. Although the dishes were visually appealing and delicious, and we appreciated the generosity of the portions, the server's lack of attentiveness and friendliness had a negative impact on our evening. Despite our simple requests such as a carafe of water, fresh bread or salt and pepper, the waiter seemed impatient and cold, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere at our table. This put us off from wanting to return, which is a shame as the quality of the food was very satisfactory. Additionally, I'm surprised that basic elements of catering, such as serving the ladies first, making sure the plates are hot, keeping the water jugs filled and the bread basket always stocked, as well as Other customer attentions were not respected.
