Bojangles - La Vergne

Wait in the register to order 20 minutes. She finally came, took someone else's order, didn't come back, I waited ten minutes and left. Someone told me he left too. So they basically lost 2 customers.

Wrong drink. Charged extra for one sauce. Then Looked in box to find no sauce at all. Must be on drugs. This location is trash. Like talking to a wall. I had to repeat my self twice.

I am surprised Bojangles has not gone out of business. The hot food that used to be visible by the register is gone. The sweet potato pies are gone Bo sauce is gone. The prices have gone up.

Avoid at all cost. I ordered the #11 and requested 3 thighs, macaroni and dirty rice. I received 3 wings, cole slaw and dirty rice. The next day I went back I had to wait 30 minutes for the same order. They had 4 people working the window and only 1 cook. I won't be back.

Worst service I have ever experienced. 9/10 times when you go through the drive-thru they don't have the food ready quickly and ask you to wait in the parking lot. Then they forget about you and NEVER bring out your food. EVERY time this has happened I've had to go inside to ask about my order. This is absolutely ridiculous. I shouldn't have to wait 20+ minutes for a FAST FOOD order. Especially when there are at least 6 people working. DO BETTER!
