Didn't send wings or put chicken in the Oven-Baked Chicken Alfredo Pasta

After bringing us the wrong order, they offered a $15 credit to use on our mext order instead of bringing out the right order. What we ordered was the double price for what was delivered. I tried to use our credit for the last few weeks, but no one in the store will answer the phone. You just let it ring until the Call Center picks it up. Of course, the call center told us to pick it up with the store. I want a refund. We could never order from here without any problems!

You could do much better on service and quality of food. People here pretend they don't want their job. Dominoes people are much more beautiful. UPDATE: I have my rating from one 2 to one 1. I tried to use my points up and a creditworthiness I had and the lady was no help and said my credit wasn't there and hanged on me. As I said, these people could take care of customer service or their own jobs.

I love the pizza hut taste crust and filled crust, but this is about the only reasons to order from the pizza hut. The drivers were always nice to me. I probably ordered about 20 times. My pizza has never been completely cut. I just expect me to cut it. Cheesey Biss Pizza was a disaster. The person who was probably just interested, didn't care or was hurried. There were no cheesey bites, it was like a filled crust, but the crust was not sealed, so the cheese came out of the crust and on the pizza, so it was quite nasty and left me with hollow crust. Boxes are greasy on the bottom, almost every time. I've got to wipe the counter after moving the box. Drinks will be forgotten, maybe 30% of the time. Boneless wings were once so bad that I never ordered wings again. It tasted like my order was in a hot box for over an hour.

Horrible experience!!! I do not recommend ordering pizza from this Pizza Hut! I use to order delivery from this location all the time for many years, but I stopped due to the decline in the quality of the food and horrendous customer service. I decided to give them one more try this evening, which was only a quick reminder of why I stopped ordering from them. I ordered extra sauce and paid for extra cheese, but when I received my pizza there was hardly anything on it, it was dry, and cold. I called the store and was told if I wanted a refund, I would have to bring the pizza to the store even though I paid for delivery. When asked to speak to the manager, I sat on hold for 20 minutes, and was told the same thing by the manager. I informed the manager that I had paid for delivery because I was unable to drive to the store and she responded by saying, ?we?re too busy to come pick it up.? I asked her how long I would have to wait if I ordered another pizza and she said, ?I have no idea because we are so busy, but probably a few hours.? I told her I guess I didn?t have any other choice, but to wait. I placed a whole new order to be delivered and after all the arguing, I was told my order should arrive in about 25 minutes? Seriously?! Don?t let this Pizza Hut ruin your family?s dinner like they always ruin mine! This location is awful and they could care less about having unhappy customers because ?they?re too busy? to worry or care about it. Spend your hard earned money at a pizza place that has way better food and actually appreciates your business!!!
