Bidra med feedbackThe service at this restaurant was top-notch! Isabela Montes was incredibly kind and helpful. She truly made my experience at Yogurtland even better. I will definitely be returning because of her outstanding service.
The yogurt is so good and so fresh even on this rainy day! The customer service team behind the register felt like they were new or maybe the owners. I'm not sure. It was very awkward checking out. I got two cups with light toppings and it was $13 and some change.I think because of the rain it was dead. There was nobody inside or In the parking lot area. So the ambiance was very quiet. I can see it getting busy in the summer. I'd come back for sure !
I recently visited the Yogurtland in La Verne and was extremely disappointed by the cleanliness and upkeep of the establishment. I visited on a Saturday evening around 6 and was surprised to find the inside of the store in such disarray. It appeared closed from the outside, with some lights off, no customers, and no clerk behind the register. Upon entering, we were not greeted and noticed trash, food, and sticky residue all over the floor. The clerk only appeared after we reached the register. We chose to eat in our car and observed the clerk talking on his phone and handling toppings with his bare hands. After disappearing to the back, we did not see anyone for the rest of our visit. The lack of cleanliness, customer service, and overall appearance of the store was disappointing. In the future, I will be visiting the Claremont location instead.
They close at 8pm on Tuesday, not 8:30pm like posted on google.
The impact of inflation is evident everywhere, but $15 for two yogurts seems excessive. Additionally, the first option that appears when I swipe my card is an 18% tip. What exactly am I tipping for? Simply handing me two spoons? It's time to rethink the culture of tipping.
