This spot is great for a real treat! The scenery, color of the sky and the sea; they all take part of the gastronomic experience at restaurant Idaco. Clara, the manager, explained the idea behind every aspect of this food journey. Her charming ways kept us excited about every dish to come. I was amazed with the Chef's creation of a Tuna Ham. My husband and I had the best time! We can't wait to come back.

Dining at Indaco is much more than having a fantastic meal…it is an experience. From the minute you find the restaurant (not easy) hidden amongst an amazing backdrop of mountains and the sea, you realize that this is not just a one star Michelin restaurant. Each course tells a story that ties into the chef’s vision. Food was amazing. Service was fantastic. Setting is unbelievable

Every dish has a story about the ingredients and the environment. In addition the taste all compliment one another so you have to capture each taste in combination. The staff are over the top attentive and the scenery spectacular. If I were to have one ehhh, the water bottle list while amusing felt pretentious. Can't wait to go back, thanks Klara and Pasquale for a memorable experience.
