The workers here are very polite and fun to interact with, love having our small conversations. The place itself is very clean and well taken care of (inside and out). The food and drinks are delicious! Everything is organized not cluttered.Kid-friendliness: They have games and drawing books next to a little table

The last 3 times I have been to this location I have gotten really badly burnt coffee. The employees are nice, but holy cow is the coffee bad. I get a white chocolate mocha each time; It smells and tastes so burnt and I don’t go on a consistent day/time, so it seems to be all the time that they are serving burnt coffee. It really shouldn’t be this bad when there is a ton of sugar in this drink, it doesn’t mask the burnt taste. I will be looking elsewhere for a new coffee place.

Called to ask a question, and the employee was so helpful and patient. It was nice not to be brushed off.

Usually good. I ordered my regular expecting it to be what I usually get but ended up getting milk— with a slight hint of coffee. Very disappointed.

I sometimes wait 20+ minutes in the drive through here, with 3-4 minutes per-car. Simply put: that is totally unacceptable.
