Starbucks Coffee - Lacey

I finally used the app to order ahead, glad I did so just before I got there because I could see my drink was done and sitting for a sec. I ordered a nitro cold brew, with caramel cream foam, so delicious. Last time I went though I ordered a frappuccino that thing was too chunky and I couldn't enjoy it.

This location is truly exceptional. When I walked in today to grab my coffee, two young men alerted me that I had dropped some money as I was about to leave. While I bent down to pick it up, I accidentally spilled half of my coffee. Without hesitation, the two men offered me napkins and insisted on getting me another coffee. They both work for Starbucks, and I really appreciate how much they genuinely care for their customers. A big thank you to Kris and the other gentleman who helped me. You both, along with the fantastic staff, really made my day!

I stopped by yesterday and decided to try a new drink at Starbucks that I hadn’t had before. Unfortunately, I really didn’t like it and wanted to switch to something else. I’m not one to complain, but when I asked for a different drink, the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating! They made my usual drink for me and even refunded the price difference without any hassle. Thank you so much! Great customer service!

The staff was very friendly, and our drinks were both hot and delicious. I appreciated the peaceful atmosphere.
