Bidra med feedbackI was shocked when my son came out of wawa. He told me he said hi how are you doing..The ignorant kid said I don't know..really you never learned about being nice to a customer. By the way I go there often.
I would reconsider how you assign staff roles in your restaurant. Some employees may not have the best customer service skills.
The coffee at this restaurant is top-notch. However, I have a notice for all Wawa customers: not all straws or stirrers are available at the coffee station, which can be frustrating. It would be more convenient to have a mix of both available. Also, have you ever considered putting Porkroll on a croissant? I think this would be a great idea. Wawa, if you use my idea, please pay me for it!
The team supervisor Jordyn L. is absolutely amazing. I asked for my quesadilla extra crispy and he had no problem accommodating my request, even though others said they couldn't due to a timer. Jordyn was incredibly friendly with all the customers and clearly announced order numbers. All the items I ordered were fresh and perfectly made by him. He demonstrated great responsibility in his role.
Get in the night team! It was very refreshing to see several workers happy positive! Great customer service, it was nice to laugh after a Longgg Tagyyy. Will you stop the good Vibes team?
