St. Louis Grill - Lackawanna

It's their food, sorry but it sucks , the burgers is 18 plus tax and it lacked flavour. The fries were waffle style that honeslty thought they were McCain fries. The place was ok to hang for a game , service was fine . Wasn't impressed with their menu

The food was great! Service was amazing. My only complaint is how ridiculously loud the place was.Parking: Had no issues finding a parking space near the door.

Always wonderful service at the St.Louie Maple location .The staff go above and beyond to make you feel appreciated. Huge shout out to Ronya and especially Maria . Maria is there on the days I go so I see her more often. Keep up the great service and don’t lose your sense of humour. I have absolutely no words to describe the service we got Saturday night.For someone who's been working in the restaurant industry for so long this had to be one of the worst experience i've ever had. it took 45 minutes for our drinks to come, especially for water soft drinks, are food arrived before the drinks. We had a FAMILY of 7 not a party and the server even asked how we all knew each other and we told her were all FAMILY. we ordered a few burgers and nachos, nachos came with no salsa and sour cream, and not even the right wing sauce we asked for, it took 25 mins to even get that meanwhile everyone was already done eating. are server was just standing around while we had to get the Host to get stuff for us. I for one don't have a problem with Auto gratting a PARTY because i've been there and done that , I asked the server what their LARGE party consists of and her response was 5. oh boy i was in shock. a large party should be 15-20. As a table of 7 and you had to auto grat the table because your service was terrible, that just shows how poorly you knew it was.

Stopped in for lunch around 2pm with my fiancé after a morning/afternoon at Canadas Wonderland. We decided a sit down lunch would be better than pizza or subs at the same price point inside the park, took a walk down Jane and was impressed and happy we chose here. In and out in less than an Hour. Our server was efficient and kind. Food came quick and was delicious. I always ask for all flat wings everywhere I go and they rarely accommodate and they do here.
