Dunkin' - Laconia

I have to give the service a 5-star rating. The staff deserves credit because they work diligently. This Dunkin Donuts is the best in the area.

I recently bought a couple of donuts at this restaurant, and I must say that my coffee is consistently made correctly. The donuts were also delicious, especially the pumpkin shaped filled ones.

This is not my preferred Dunkin'. I used to frequent this location often because of its proximity to my house. However, I stopped going when the service and quality declined significantly. I ended up switching to Starbucks instead and now I do not visit this Dunkin' location frequently.

This is a busier Dunkins. With no drive thru option and high employee turnover rate, the wait time here can be very long. There are definitely a few good workers here delivering great coffee but very hit or miss. Depends on the day.

Mario is wonderful! He makes great coffee, always greets me by name, and asks me how I am doing! It makes my morning that much better! I was at work and overheard co-workers talking about an employee at Dunkin?s they loved and just from what they weresaying I already knew they were also talking about Mario! Give him a raise! He definitely earns it!
