Huey Magoo's Chicken Tenders Lady Lake

The girl working the register was super friendly and helpful. The food came out quickly and was very good. My family and I went around 4:30 and there was ample seating available. The restaurant was very clean and well taken care of. Definitely worth visiting if in the area and looking for a quick bite.

The best, most tender, mouth watering chicken tenders I have had. These are not thick battered crunchy tenders, but lightly battered, seasoned (a slight kick, not much), juicy and soft tenders. There's a 2 person meal, perfect for couples to split 8 tenders, 2 sides and 2 sauces we chose 1 side of fries and 1 side of coleslaw and happily had enough French fries to split between us even as one of the side options.I loved the outdoor area and the watermelon iced tea. The interior was clean and well kept, all in all a very good quick service place for some tenders.

Love the food here, but I ordered a tender meal for two today, the lady taking my order didn’t ask me what sauces I want or anything just assumed. I wasn’t aware it came with coleslaw (which was my fault I know) but then I told the lady bagging my food that they can keep the slaw when I realized, and she told me “just so you know for next time you can order extra fries instead of coleslaw.” I told her that I wasn’t aware or made aware it came with coleslaw and she just said “Well now you know for next time” INSTEAD of just giving me the extra fry. And I let them keep the coleslaw. Not very good customer service, ESPECIALLY for spending almost $30.

I gotta be honest, I'm not a chicken tenders or fries kind of guy but these are pretty amazing. The sauces are average, the fries are pretty darn good and their bread (similar to zaxbys but better) is pretty good as well.What makes this place different is the actual tenderness in their, well..., tenders. They are actually tender, (pun inTENDERED).It's one step below eatingba stick of butter. Close your teeth slowly or they will slam shut. If you forgot your dentures and are already in the parking lot it's all good because you don't need teeth to eat these bad boys, literally.If you are getting takeout then check your bag before you drive TWENTY FIVE minutes home and realize you've been had...lol.Dining in with fresh tenders is ideal as the fresh ones are the ones I'm referring to.

I've been seeing the sign for a while and wanted to stop. Glad I did. Their chicken reminds me of what Mama used to make. This is good chicken. And the staff was friendly and helpful.
