Yadhira was exceptional at the drive-thru. The service was friendly and made me feel truly welcome. It seemed like she could tell how happy I was to be back. I really wish the Asian restaurants in Leesburg could match this level of service; many of them don’t even smile when you go in to spend your money. The portion sizes were generous, and the food tasted fantastic. I drove all the way back to Leesburg, and my meal was still very hot when I got home. I'll definitely be returning!
I usually come once a week on a weekday. The service is professional and the quality excellent. No! The person in the window sounded like he was released from prison about an hour ago. I paid extra for the shrimp that was soggy and undercooked. I received about 4 shrimps with orange chicken underneath. He opened my food, counted it and said it was 7 until I pointed out it was under the chicken. He gave it back 2m as if I was eating it after his handling. My husband asked for a new order. It came with more soggy shrimp, NO apology and had hardly any noodles, only scrap from the bottom of the barrel. At this point my husband went to 4a full refund. What was most disturbed is the lack of respect for a person much less a paying customer... I would drive from Ocala to this place 1 to 2x week bc the usual mgmt and service are excellent. NEVER AGAIN, its too far to risk it and gas is too high!!!!!
Fast Food with an Oriental twist. Is much cleaner than any of the other's. Very good food and service. Always disturbed by the way they seem to have a very limited menu and yet are Always Out of Stock in something that we like. Very disappointing and so we try not to come here too often. I'm sure it's all managed this way for the Profits and I'm a little tired of being the one paying for it. I'll hold off and go somewhere that is willing to put forth the effort for my money. Hope I'm not alone here.
The inside has been closed for pretty much 2 years now ?due to covid?. Every time I come or want to come here, there is a long line and end up sitting for at least 20 minutes before I just decide to leave. Other Panda Express's that I?ve been to recently aren?t like this. I know I can?t be the only one who feels this way but they are losing a lot of business by only having the drive thru and causing backed up traffic into Home Depot?s parking lot. To anyone looking at these reviews right now hoping they would be able to stop in for a quick bite of Chinese food, do plan to spend at least a half hour in line or just find another restaurant (literally everything else is fully open) to spend your money at like bamboo bistro.
