A&w - Ladysmith

The food is decent, but be ready for a long wait. I've been to this location three or four times and have consistently waited over 10 minutes each time. I won't be coming back.

Had the worst onion rings ever. Barely any batter and soggy. Very disappointed they even served me them.

It used to be a great place, but my last couple of visits were really disappointing. The franchise owner seemed defensive and indifferent. I would recommend the A&W in the south end of Nanaimo instead; it's a much better option.

The staff was fantastic and very helpful. My meals arrived quickly, and they were patient with me when I requested utensils and extra napkins since the dispenser was empty. The burgers were delicious. Next time, I'll skip the onion rings and opt for a double order of poutine instead.

I was loving the Ringer Burgers. It's too bad they discontinued them. I went into the restaurant to have my lunch, ordered at the counter and say down in a booth. My food took a few minutes to prepare and they brought my food out to me. Surprised to get such good service. I appreciate A&W commitment to quality.
