Maya Norte - Ladysmith

Came for a work dinner. Wonderful staff, all very friendly and accommodating. I had the lemon drop martini which was really really good, and I also really enjoyed the Wings. The outside back garden is absolutely gorgeous and I wish I had taken pictures, but I didn't want to disturb the other guests. If I'm ever in Ladysmith again, I will certainly come back.

Tha place is AMAZING! Loved the food, service and atmosphere! Make reservations you don't want to be disappointed! There is a fantastic patio in the back of restaurant!

Wow... just wow. Incredible meal here tonight. An absolute gem in sleepy Ladysmith!! The Mexican/Spanish fusion menu is like a greatest hits collection. We struggled to choose as everything sounded amazing. Every dish was fantastic. The Tequila selection is impressive... this is where you bring your friends that don't like Tequila... show them the good stuff and they will finally get it!! Our server, Marisol, was so helpful and delivered a wonderful experience. This one will be a regular stop! Don't miss it!

Had a wonderful meal here. Everything was well executed and delicious. This restaurant is a bit on the pricey side, but the quality is there.

One of the best meals I’ve had on Vancouver Island. Creative and flavourful food, served by kind and courteous staff, in an adorable location. We loved all of our food, and the staff made us feel right at home. A Mezcal flight for $16, too! Such a deal! That back patio is dreamy too, with banana plants and umbrellas. Felt like a little piece of México in Ladysmith. Can’t wait to come back!
