The franchise as a whole has gone down hill and this location is completely on brand with that downhill slide into oblivion. When we walked in on a Sunday there was no one to great us, eventually someone came up, asked if we had been helped and then turned around and walked away without a second word when we said no. Once we were finally seated it took a very long time to get a server at our table and when she finally brought us our drinks it took multiple reminders to get lemon for my moms water and a set of utensils for each. Ordered an appetizer but disappointed because they were out of what we actually wanted. When we finally got our food it was cold. Only stayed because we had a gift card to use but we will never be back again.

I visited this Chili's and ordered ribs my favorite). After waiting for 40 minutes, I gave up and went home and prepared my own meal. I'll never go back again. Service: 1
