Romacelli Bistro E Vino - Lafayette

I liked the location and the service, but I wasn't impressed given the prices. I thought the seasoning could be improved. There are better Italian options in Lafayette.

First time going and wow!! Did it make an impression on me and my husband! We went on a Saturday afternoon. It was not busy. The food was amazingly delicious for both of us. We ordered the Pita Bread and Artichoke heart dip for an appetizer. We ordered more pita bread on the way out to bring home with the left over dip we struggled to save to bring home! lol Each of our meals and dessert that we shared was also soooo good!! We will definitely be back! It's our newest fave!!!

If you're craving Italian cuisine, this place is worth a visit. Some friends brought me here, and we all enjoyed our meal. We ordered a variety of dishes, including their take on Neapolitan pizza, burrata, hummus, and a salad for dessert. The dish that surprised me the most was the hummus. I'm not typically a fan, but this version was quite tasty. The pizzas were also pretty good. However, I found the menu a bit odd for dinner; it seemed to focus heavily on pizzas and sandwiches. We were hoping for more traditional dinner options, so just a heads up on that. While the rest of the menu did feature some different items, it felt a bit disjointed. Additionally, the noise level was quite high, making it difficult for us to hear each other. Overall, we had a decent experience.

We had a late lunch at Romacelli's at about 3:00 on Sunday. It wasn't crowded but there were a fair amount of tables. The restaurant is located in River Ranch, so the Bistro is of course chic and classy. Service was prompt and on point. The highlight of this place however is the food. So well presented and expertly prepared! We had the Caprese Salad and the Salmon Atlantica. Both had beautiful presentation and were flavorful and delicious. Well worth the money spent, which wasn't exorbitant. I wasn't aware of this little Italian gem in Lafayette. I must return and try the pasta!
