Smittybread Bakery Cafe - Lafayette

Stopped in today for some weekend treats. The almond croissant was warm, flakey, and delicious. Probably the best I've ever had (which says a lot because I've traveled much of Europe). Service was super sweet and friendly, too. Highly recommend!

So far we have tried the seeded sourdough bread, croissant, almond croissant the baguette and it is by far the best in town. Definitely recommend it.

This place is Awesome!! Their breads are Amazing and I've never had a better Chocolate Croissant. BTW, Their Pretzels, especially if enjoyed at People's Brewing with your favorite pint, are Unbelievable!

Stopped by for a sandwich and picked up some bread as well! Both were fantastic. This place is so simple and comfortable. The people working were friendly and open. Can't complain about the smell in there either. What a wonderful place!

Love this place. Absolutely wonderful breads served up in an unpretentious environment. Eat in warm from the oven, or take out. To my knowledge, there is nothing else like it in the area. Limited days and hours of operation. Check out their website for days, hours, and bread sked.
