Bidra med feedbackThe staff here is amazing. I had a problem after I ordered my food, and they corrected it, no questions asked. I wish I had these people in every restaurant.
The food was perfect, looked just as good as the advertising. The delivery time was very fast honest. It didn't take an hour to get my order. In addition, the delivery driver was super upbeat and friendly. If your customer service expert gives positive energy and appears in a really good mood, it makes you appreciate the service and also type it. I will definitely be a customer.
I ordered a pizza with extra paprika but when it arrived at my home, there was no paprika on it. It seems like the employees cannot read the orders properly. When I called to address the issue, I was told to bring the pizza back for a replacement. I was not willing to waste gas and the pizza did not taste great anyway. This pizza place in the city is not a good option anymore. Hopefully, the upper management will see these reviews and provide better training for their employees to avoid mistakes like this in the future. We will not be returning, especially since there was no one there to help at 5:30.
My partner went to collect our order but was turned away and told that it had been cancelled. Even though I live in Columbus and my partner lives in Franklin, I offered to pick up the order in Columbus and bring it to Franklin, but they refused to do business with us.
I enjoyed my pizza hot with a delicious topping on it.
