Taco Bell - Laguna Niguel

Elijeo was incredibly kind, attentive, friendly, and efficient. Made me want to leave a review which I rarely do because he deserves some praise!

The employee at the drive thru was very friendly and got the order done quickly. The food was warm and accurate. I honestly was satisfied with the service.

It's a fantastic hiking trail! The view is spectacular, especially on a clear day.

The food is consistently excellent, and I wish I could give it a full 5 stars. However, there always seems to be an issue with my order, or they forget to include the drink cups.

I wouldn't recommend this place. I was the only customer in line, yet my nacho fries were completely cold, even though I live just 10 minutes away. To make matters worse, I was missing an item from my deluxe cravings box. When I called the manager, he hung up on me. When I called back, he claimed the food was cold and missing because they were busy, but I was the only one there! He also lied and said he had just arrived, even though he was the one who handed me my food at the drive-thru.
