Friendly service from this truck! Got the pork belly which for the majority was crispy and juicy. Sauce was sweet and the flavours all mixed well. Decent portion of meat, though it was a lot less in the beginning but it ended up as a good portion for the price

Would give this place 8/5 if I could. I never had pork as crispy and perfectly cooked as here, from Michelin star restaurants to hole in the walls in Asia. If I were Anthony Bourdain, I would put this place on the map. We stopped at New Years and the owners were closed early, but they offered us to make crispy pork with onions and tomatoes because it would be fast. We had fun watching the chickens nearby. The food was well worth the waiting made to order fresh, the crispy pig was perfectly salted and incredibly crispy. The chopped onion and tomato salad was a delicious supplement. Even the rice was perfectly finished. If we got eggs, they would have been perfect. If you are looking for a perfect foodie experience in Lahaina I would highly recommend checking this food truck, then go half a block to Ululani for excellent shaving ice cream. This place is the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow! (See my pictures)
