The Sandbar - Lahaina

We ordered a cheeseburger with fries and Ahi poke served with taro chips for lunch. For drinks, we had a virgin Lava Flow and a Moscow Mule. The cheeseburger was outstanding and I highly recommend it. The poke was tasty, but the portion was a bit small for the price. The staff was friendly as well.

Now, about the food—while it's quite pricey for the portion sizes, it's truly delicious! Let me emphasize: it is delicious! The French fries were probably the best I've ever had—super crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, definitely not soggy or like something you'd get from a store. They are truly fancy fries. The spicy tuna poke cones were also amazing, though a bit on the expensive side. The cocktails were excellent as well.

I stayed at a resort where my swimsuit went missing, and I wasn't reimbursed for the lost item. I'm quite disappointed.

I’m giving this place one star for the beautiful view and another for the friendly service. Unfortunately, the food was inedible. We ordered sushi, but it was over-deep-fried and tasted like greasy, crunchy oil patties with no flavor at all. The pepperoni flatbread was similarly dull. Even our son, who generally eats anything, thought it was disgusting and refused to try it. We also started with mango champagne cocktails, but mine was way too syrupy to drink. My advice is to skip the food entirely—just come for the views, the friendly staff, and stick to drinks in cans or bottles.

The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. The food was delicious.
