Very friendly staff and tasty pretzels! Wish we lived closer!

I went this morning, and I had a great experience! I wish I recognized the name of the person serving me, but he was a great kid! 10/10 would go again, and the pretzels were great!

I had to write this review and recognize the most amazing customer service I've experienced in a long time. I recently placed a large order for a graduation party. We drove from NJ to the Lahaska Philly Pretzel store because our local store closed. There was a mix up with our order (the dips were missing) but we did not realize it until we arrived home and the store had called to let us know. We did not have time to return to the store because our party had started. So without hesitation, the nicest store employee, Reese, volunteered to DRIVE TO NJ TO DELIVER THE DIPS TO US! Reese saved the day and we could not be more thankful! We are repeat customers and will continue to visit this store regularly! Thanks again for going above beyond!

Amazing customer service! The owners are incredibly friendly and have a great sense of humor, making every customer feel appreciated. This is definitely my favorite Philly Pretzel shop!
