Luna Grill Downtown - Lake Charles

My wife and daughter and I went to Luna's yesterday, as my wife grew up in Lake Charles and said that Luna's was THE local hangout when she was growing up. With good reason, I found out. The restaurant was a delight. The food was amazing (I had a fantastic hamburger and a really good salad), and the atmosphere made me smile (all around us, throwback posters and paintings from 80s music and 90s movies). Plus the wait staff was very friendly. If you're looking for a good restaurant to do dinner with family and friends, this is the place to go.

Had the grill red fish with avocado and shrimp and it was very good. Crayfish bread was not a hit. The fired pickled was good.

Had the Pluto sandwich fried. It was spicy but delicious.

Great food! Nice atmosphere. Enjoyed Spinach Artichoke Dip for an appetizer and the Dragon Tuna with grilled veggies.

Awesome relaxed place to grab food and drinks. Best spinach and artichoke dip we've found in louisiana so far. Not too many choices for someone with a seafood allergy but we still go every chance we get!
