Mcdonald's - Lake Charles

This establishment seems more focused on speed than on customer service. The staff were rude, and when they got my order wrong, they made it clear that they viewed me as a nuisance. I will be reaching out to the company about this issue.

This location serves as the corporate office for McDonald's rather than a restaurant.

I called a third time, asking to speak with someone who could guide me on how to file a grievance. The person I spoke to was also rude and claimed she could help me, but it turned out to be the same woman who had hung up on me before. I insisted on speaking to someone else, and once again, she hung up on me. This head office is a complete joke. The employees are extremely unprofessional and rude, making it hard to believe they should be running any office, let alone a corporate headquarters. Their behavior is damaging to the McDonald's brand. I won’t let this issue go; they really don’t know who they are dealing with!

I tried to get my basic prior employment history from them, but they claimed that because of a system change that it was all erased and they no longer had any of my work history on file anymore. When my wife got on the phone and further pressed the issue with them, they became defensive and extremely rude and repeatedly hung up on her. I had called the previous day and they were supposed to call me back to let me know something, but they never did, I had to call them back. I do NOT recommend you seek employment with them.
