Big Bear Pizzeria - Lake City

We typically go for the thin crust, but this time we decided to try their regular crust and were once again pleased. You can customize the crust to your liking, whether you prefer it darker and crunchier or lighter and chewier. The Supreme pizza was generously topped with pepperoni, Italian sausage, black olives, bell peppers, mushrooms, Canadian bacon, and lots of cheese. The pizza sauce tied all the toppings together beautifully. The staff were friendly and took the time to check on my pizza, ensuring the crust was cooked to perfection.

We brought the kids for some ice cream and pizza, and everything was tasty. The outdoor seating area is really nice for hanging out and enjoying a meal. The staff wasn't the friendliest, but it was Lake City Days, so I can understand that everyone was probably experiencing some stress that week. We'll definitely return for another visit soon. The food was excellent. I had pizza and fries, and the fries were seasoned perfectly—not too overpowering—and they were quite crispy. The pizza was delightful, with a fantastic sourdough crust. There was a good amount of sauce and cheese, but I would have liked a bit more toppings. I ordered pepperoni, bacon, and Canadian bacon, but there was barely any bacon to be found, and only a few slices had more than one piece of pepperoni. Overall, I enjoyed my meal and would definitely order from here again.

Want a good pie with a hometown pizzeria? This is your place. Excellent service and while we didn?t dine in, the atmosphere was friendly. We got the Kodiak and it truly hit the spot. Good chicken and the ranch was not overpowering. Cheese bread was lacking so I?d suggest getting the breadsticks. Enjoyed some MN brews along with it and it was a great dinner.
