We went to this Dairy Queen to cool off and had a great experience because of RK. He was friendly, polite, attentive and just a pleasure to be served by. What an asset to your store. We have come here twice. Every single time, they've gotten our orders wrong and are quite rude when we go in to get it corrected. it's taken 30-40 minutes to get our order both times.
