Bidra med feedbackSushi is good but way overpriced. Hana is a chain so I am not sure why their prices are so high.
Finally a good place that deserves four and a half stars for the area. Wouldn't get that rating in LA, but around Lake Elsinore, this is likely the best sushi. My wife's favorite is a Princess Roll and I usually go for salmon, albacore, and yellow tail sushi. Wish they had an AYCE and didn't have market price for Ikura (salmon roe). Price varies from $18-$30 for two pieces the two times I ordered it.
This is my favorite sushi place to go to, and I go to a lot of sushi places. Specifically this location. The rolls are so unique and tasty. Portions are balanced.
The food was ok. Honestly some of the sushi tasted old; and on the same roll... one pice of shrimp tasted good and the next piece was had a word flavor. The service was good though and the prices are reasonable. We have not returned because we found options that had more consistent quality.
Sushi was fresh, service was great, food was amazing. I will check in particular the one article that will let me come back. The Carmel Apple. It was simply sweet enough, not excessively sweet as most Carmel apples. I would recommend saving space for dessert to try it out.
