Starbucks - Lake Elsinore

There have been multiple times i've mobile ordered my shaken espresso with cold foam and they just don't put the cold foam on it...i don't know if they just forget but it's happened to me sooo many times at this location. That's my only complaint though everything else is usually great

I go to Starbucks twice a day in many different ones . Unless I have a bad experience that I can remember I will not post anything bad .

Worst customer service ever Etsy very dude employee. Never coming back here.

First of all, manager is not friendly. Just stopped by today to get 5 drinks for the family, spent $25, and got a coffee drink that tasted like instant coffee, a Pink Drink that did not have strawberries (that a child requested) because they ran out of strawberries and they didn't bother to tell me until after it was made, or offer an alternative drink. Also asked for light ice in a couple drinks, which was ignored because they just don't care even though we're paying. Better stick to my usual Starbucks in Temecula where they're awesome and know how to blend coffee.

When we first walked in we were greeted by a friendly welcome by Cece; who was patient and courteous with taking our order for multiple drinks. Thank you Cece ?
