Dunkin' - Lake Forest

Fast service and always make my coffee the way i ask. Edit: Today the barista offered to make both of my pups a puppachino at the pick up window! Absolutely so sweet of her. They enjoyed them immensely! She then gave me a compliment that made my day.Still 5/5, thanks dunkin ;

This Dunkin' Donuts is a complete waste of money! I bought an iced coffee today for nearly $6, and I would have preferred drinking muddy water with ice! It was just awful! The person making the drinks really needs to be replaced because it was terrible! To make matters worse, their phone is disconnected—what kind of business has a disconnected phone? I strongly advise against visiting this location; drive a little further and go to Starbucks instead! They should really call it "Dumping Donuts!"

This Dunkin' location is fantastic! The weekday morning team is incredibly friendly when taking drive-thru orders, and the food and drinks are always served up quickly. On a side note, their fall seasonal Apple Crisp refresher with green tea was the best drink I've ever had—I really hope they decide to add it to their regular menu.

On October 16, 2021, at 5:30 AM, I found myself in line at Dunkin Donuts, ready to order a half dozen donuts. When I reached the window, I was surprised to learn that the car in front of me had paid for my order. The sales associate informed me that the person before him had also received the same generous treatment. Unfortunately, there was no one behind me to continue the chain, so I decided to leave a very generous tip instead. I think it’s a beautiful practice to pay it forward, whether you know the person behind you or not, whether they are just a fellow citizen or someone in the military. I encourage everyone to join in and spread the kindness. Thank you to those kind strangers!

This Dunkin' location is fantastic! The staff on the weekday morning shift is incredibly friendly, and my drive-thru orders are always prepared quickly. On a side note, the fall seasonal Apple Crisp refresher with green tea was absolutely delightful. I really hope they decide to make it a regular menu item!
