Bidra med feedbackI walked in and was second in line. I could see that the two staff members were quite busy, but they didn't acknowledge me or the person in front of me. After waiting for five minutes as more customers came in, there was still no sign of recognition from the staff. I turned to the person in front of me and asked if he had been helped, to which he replied no. So I stepped forward and asked a staff member if someone could take our orders. I was told that they had a lot of orders to handle, so I decided to leave and go somewhere else. This is clearly a staffing issue, and it highlights the need for better communication training for the staff.
I ordered a cold brew with white foam for pickup, but it was quite disappointing. The picture looked appealing, which made me eager to try it since I'm a fan of cold brews and black coffee. However, at over $6, it definitely wasn't worth the price. I was really looking forward to enjoying it but ended up feeling let down. I wouldn't recommend their coffee from the menu.
Love Jamba juices app the deals. Wish inflation wasn't a thing. I rememeber when I used to buy a large for 5$ or so.
This location has extremely poor service. They never answer the phone for call-ahead orders. When you arrive, they tend to ignore you for a few minutes, particularly a short, heavier-set Hispanic girl who is quite rude. If she continues to work here, they are likely to lose a lot of customers.
This place has the best employees and the best smoothies (I have tried nothing else than smoothies). This is also a very clean place! Whenever we ask them to make a small (or big) change to our smoothie they do! You do it as we like it! Thank you!
