Jersey Mike's Subs - Lake Forest

The manager at this location is extremely unprofessional and rude. It was shocking how horrible he was. He made a mistake on a large order we had, ?over $160 worth. He did not want to make a sandwich he forgot in the order. When we went back to the storeto grab the sandwich he forgot to make he THREW it at us and was yelling! All we wanted was the sandwich that he forgot?.. Ihope corporate sees this because Jersey Mikes normally always has great service, just not this location.

I haven't been to jersey mike for over a year, but decided to stop today. in the past I remembered that everyone was super nice, but I can't say that today. I asked for an additional piece tomaten on my truthahn sub and that didn't seem to be going well. the truthahn, cheese and fresh vegetables are good, but it seemed much less meat, then I remember in pastness and for 9.45 for a regular sandwich not sure that I come back. it was 11 o'clock today so non-business customer wise inside, but would have been busy with online orders. in the past I felt that the sandwich had enough meat and was worth the price and then it cost less. perhaps a free day, but not the positive experience as in past.

Really good subs. the brot is always fresh and soft. it is our preferred sub-business. try it.

Short one sandwich for our office's order today. Personell was very rude when we tried to get the missing sandwich.
