Jimmy John's - Lake Forest

I will never return to this restaurant. Our sandwiches had no meat except for one thin slice of beef. Sorry, but this was very disappointing.

This restaurant is not clean at all! When we arrived, the two guys working there were on their phones because there were no customers. They were using the same gloves to make the food, which is disgusting.

I was unable to complete the survey on my receipt, but I noticed that the cashier accidentally overcharged me by a little over a dollar. When I ordered through the app, my meal total was just over $21, but when the cashier rang it up, it came out to over $22. This has happened to me before at the Lake Bluff location. It seems that they are charging separately for chips and drinks instead of including them as part of the meal deal. Additionally, they did not double-check for any mistakes.

Delivery bad, customer service bad, refund never received as I was told, 4 calls still not received now I have to go through my bank. Done.

**** poor attitude from their employees. My daughter went into the store to order a couple of sandwiches and said the gentlemen who took her order was rude and didn 't listen. She came home to find she didn 't get the right toppings on her sandwich. And, this is a repeat pattern with employees from this store. Change your attitude or close your doors Jimmy John 's Sandwich
