The smoothies here are fantastic, just like the smoothie shots. The restaurant is impeccably clean, and everything feels very fresh. They also provide the option of vegan protein powder.

I had an Açaí shot during my last visit, and it was excellent! The service was also outstanding. I found it quite difficult to choose what to order because the entire menu looked amazing! I can't wait to return and try more dishes.

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. I ordered the avocado protein dish, while my husband had the palm dish, both of which were delicious, but mine was outstanding. The almond protein balls were incredible! We live 3.5 hours away and were just in town for a college visit. I tried to recreate the almond protein balls at home, but they didn’t turn out nearly as delicious. I'm really hoping my daughter gets into Lake Forest so I can visit this place again!

I visit LF at least once a week for their delicious Palm Springs bowl. The service is consistently fantastic, and the staff always goes out of their way to make me happy. I've tried bowls all over the country, and this one is among the best. The granola is incredibly tasty, the fruit is always fresh, and they offer a variety of snacks and juices as well. I’ll continue to come back as long as I'm in the area. Give them a try; you won’t be disappointed!

Came here for a smoothie and loved the interior of the store! People here are great, friendly, and my matcha cacao smoothie was super tasty. You can do add-ins in any of the smoothies so I added spirulina in mine ?
