Kfc - Lake Havasu City

Excellent Customer Service. I dont go inside the Establishment to Eat. Drive Through was Fast and Proficient. Food Quality was Yummy... This KFC offered Hotwings and Pot Pie unlike Bullhead City.

Disappointed. The chicken was old from sitting quite a while in their hot case and yet they served it to us. Yuck. All but one piece that was fresh. But ,we didn't find it till we ate the others in the box and were not hungry anymore. Wished we'd seen it first. Anyway, we probably won't go back anymore the last 3 times something was either not good or the order messed up. So we'll just go somewhere else. The prices aren't that great anyway, anymore.

Like any other chain of fast food there are some exelent and some are not this KFC in Havasu Arizona is probably the worst not fresh chicken probably a few days old....dry chicken

Hopefully this doesn't happen often, but it took 35-40 min by time we got our food! There was people that ordered after us that got their food before us! We only ordered 3 items!

Tried to give this the benefit of the doubt. 3x is enough! Worst food of all kfc's. Ordered all dark meat and what I got tasted like badly cooked white meat! Very dry every time. Didn't taste like kfc recipe was used either, taste was way off. Skin was so tuff a steak knife would have had trouble. It's really to bad, but never again. Don't waist your money. Staff was fine, product should not be allowed to be sold to the public!
