Take away the worst food! had to go back three times to give me the appropriate order. in the meantime no one was there, not to mention the attitude I was met by a 16-year-old child. will choose the worst service ever!

When someone comes down to use the ordering system, I really hope they get the order right most of the time. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case for me. If someone orders two Baconator Jack's roast chicken sandwiches, they should definitely not receive a burger with a beef patty instead of chicken. Out of three people dining, only one of our burgers was correct.

Is this heaven? I left at night, and next time I'll just drive instead! My chips were soggy (food: 3/5, service: 3/5, atmosphere: 1/5). Overall, not great.

Drove 20 min to lunch for family. Ordered meals, no chips. Really how difficult to check the bag before handing to customer. Your turning into McDonalda and KFC. In the same area.
