Smoothie King - Lake Jackson

The worst sales person tells me I can't purchase a kid size smoothie after I purchased the same thing the day before. I really wish sales ppl understand a customer that is paying have the right to purchase what I want,not what you want to sale me. Especially if I explained I just had surgery and will not be able to drink a small smoothie. I will not be coming back into this place.

Always a pleasure to walk in and order the best smoothie in town. The only issue that the bothers me a bit, is the pricing. I understand that pricing has to go up to cover overhead costs, employee wages, etc. But perhaps on certain days, there might be some sort of discount?! $15 for a 40oz smoothie is quite expensive. Smoothies used to be between $5 to $9 for a 40oz 3 years ago.Aside from that, the service is great and the employees are very courteous.

Yesterday, after my workout, I decided to stop by for a smoothie, expecting a pleasant experience. Unfortunately, it turned out to be quite the opposite. The service was incredibly slow and disappointing. The employee at the cash register, who had black hair and long black nails, seemed uninterested in her job or the customers, leaving her coworker to handle everything alone. This only created a bigger mess. I definitely won’t be returning due to the poor service. I do not recommend this place unless you’re willing to endure the same experience!

I visited Smoothie King after my workout, and I had a great experience. Upon entering, I was warmly greeted by Daniel and another young lady. Daniel was exceptionally friendly, and both staff members were cheerful and polite. I thoroughly enjoyed my smoothies, especially the watermelon lemonade—it was delicious! Daniel took the time to explain the difference between the extreme watermelon flavor and the one I chose. The atmosphere was very inviting as well. I really appreciated Daniel's outstanding customer service!
