Bidra med feedbackDesserts were pretty good, but very sweet. The tea selection was nice and our waitress was amazing, but the overall vibe of the hotel was subpar. Would not come back between the parking issues, lack of seating restrooms, and elitist attitude.
What a beautiful place and space to enjoy tea and treats! Kate was attentive, kind and gave stellar service. The fries had a crunch with a pinch of rosemary. The service is top tier and every employee was on top of their game.
This is a lovely restaurant that's housed in an absolutely gorgeous hotel sitting right along Lake Louise, which is one of the most beautiful places we've ever visited. The restaurant is a bit pricey, but the food is very good and the cocktails were also quite tasty. My wife has mussels and I had a burger with a side salad and we both enjoyed our meal. You can park in the parking garage and have your parking validated if you eat here, so it's a good way to be able to see Lake Louise too if you've missed one of the shuttles from town. Our service was good here as well and it's a nice restaurant overall. We would definitely come here again.
Celebrating a very special moment, and not having a booking, we were grateful to supervisor Tom Irvine for his kindness and flexibility in securing a wonderful table for our recent, and very memorable, lunch. It would be great if his colleague Sarah could adopt a similar guest-centred approach to service. The food was delicious, the setting lovely but Sarah was trying to do too many things at once which resulted in the delivery of cold drinks, forgotten condiments and a general lack of care and concern for the tables she was liking after. She probably needs some help in learning how to read the room and deliver the high quality of responsive Fairmont service that guests expect of this iconic hotel
Fairmont is a classic hotel with an air of historic ambiance.Perhaps it may have been just today but the food was a bit underwhelming as one of the towers served was missing the duck confit sandwiches while the other towers did not. This oversight went unnoticed unfortunately by the service staff and it was brought up by a member of our attending party. This may have likely been an oversight by the chef and team but it was an awkward conversation requesting these items from the service staff after having begun indulging in the other pieces. As well, the bread for some of the finger sandwiches were a tad stale.Just sharing our experience and photo.
