Old Detroit - Lake Orion

The first time after driving for years. Beautiful hope in the wall charm with a good cozy feeling. The whole place has a fresh look inside. Friendly staff and a good burger. As the name implies, centers around Burger all with a Detroit theme or use the build your own option. Fry options contain regular, waffle and seasoned. Serb coke products along with a full bar. Seeing about a dozen plus TVs.

This Burger Bar is home to one of my favorite Burgers. I travel to Detroit often for work for a week at a time. I usually come 2-3 times per visit. Along with the burger, the fries are amazing as well. I always have great service and the food always comes out super fast. I am not a part of the community that is around this place, but I love listening to the regulars and the people working talk about life and laugh. I wish I had a place like this near where I live. I would happily drive over and hour on a weekday even to eat here. I usually have at least something negative to say when reviewing. I guess in this case the only negative is I don't live in Detroit so I can't enjoy it more often.

I love the simple nature of the bar. It was a beautiful setup with plenty of television. The service was wonderfull. The burger was good Overal, It was a little over done for my taste. The drink and fries were good. I did clean my plate. I will be glad to try this place again. Next time, I will just ask for little less on the cooking.

If you want a burger, you can expect a great burger here. Really tasty patty, prepared just the way you like it. No fuss. Nice toasted bun. Tots were alright and onion rings crispy. Nice vibe and plenty of tv screens. DO NOT try the molten chocolate cake. There’s no molten chocolate inside, it’s just dry and probably comes out of a packet and microwaved. It’s the size of a cupcake for $5.

Great place! We were there with our family and the service was quick and friendly... Would recommend and we would go back!
