Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

These are the worst Popeye? The service is terrible. The lobby is always closed drive thru is opened when they feel like opening. It? I came here a few times and they're closed at 5:00. I've been a Popeye customer in Mississippi since the 1980s when they served breakfast. This place is terrible.

I like their food. Service is generally rude, very frequently out of something whether it be sandwiches or anything else. Payment methods always change. Sometimes they don?t have change and it?s card only. Sometimes they machine is broken and it?s cash only. I?m not exaggerating when I say that both have happened multiple times. Overall, my favorite chicken sandwich. Bring multiple payment methods just incase, expect poor service, a long wait in line, your order to be messed up. Occasionally if you?re luck, get some attitude for the workers, seems to be apart of their business model.

8:10 on a Friday night and it is amazing when a store knows they have screwed up so much that their out going message when you call them is your call cannot be answered nor can a message be left . Wonder if their corporate headquarters will have the same when I call them first thing Monday morning. Seriously; how hard is it to make a chicken sandwich with nothing but lettuce on it? Pretty sure it is a lot easier than making the one I got caked in mayo and pickles! Not to mention the chicken on the sandwich was hard as a rock and the strips like rubber. All that on top of an average wait of 5 to 7 minutes between taking orders at the drive thru is a bit ridiculous. Definitely was not worth the wait to order!

Terrible service. Always out of product. Been there 6 times and not once did I get what I wanted or nothing at all. Stick a fork in it. Not going back. Highway K location a better bet, or even better, Harvester location. This location at Lake St. Louis is giving Popeyes a really bad name. I have learned my lesson. I wonder if the owners even look at these reviews?

Apparently it doesn't matter what you order, they give you what they feel like. Half the mashed potatoes were missing, my half and half of spicy and mild chicken was 4 spicy and 8 mild. And lastly, a hair right in the cole slaw. If only I would have read the reviews beforehand, we would have saved ourselves the disappointment and went elsewhere. What happened to Popeyes??? They used to be good.
