Bidra med feedbackService was great and food was served quickly. Lunch was delicious. The restaurant was clean and the gentleman waiting for me was very hospitable.
I ordered food online and went to pick it up. When I took it up, I made the mistake not to look in the bag and ended at home missing my sandwich. I tried to call back twice and no one answered it went to a voicemail. When I came back, I said that I was missing a sandwich and the young man who worked (the person who originally gave me my food) asked for my name and checked his computer. He said it wasn't in the system so I showed him the entrance that my payment had with the sandwich and he still said that I didn't thank it in the system for excuse, but that doesn't help. I was charged for the sandwich and nothing was done with it. He told me that because it's on his end that it probably 't calculate me... but I had an entrance with proof of the purchase on him and was not yet given my correct order. I have to deal with my bank now to contest the purchase because I was not given what I bought.
I'm not coming back to this place. Your bad attitude is what makes them a star. Someone else gave the same rating about the checkout person. Also the last few times I'm here, they tell me that they change the menu that prices on the board are not correct. You're gonna pay a price and charge another one. Technically I think this is called bait and switch I don't even think it's legal... Even the owner I think has entered his name Phil and he also had an attitude at their prices when I try to explain to them that they are wrong.... Eating is not bad, but I don't have to go back to a place with a bad attitude like this...
This was hands down the worst cheesesteak I?ve ever had. Never in my life have I not been able to finish a steak, until today. I understand we are far from Philly, but this was an absolute embarrassment for those of us from the city. The whiz tasted like hollandaise and was thick, the roll fell apart halfway through, and the steak had no flavor whatsoever. I would not recommend this place.
Looks like your cashier would choose the customer who will treat them with good customer service. She needs more customer service training. You just don't choose customers according to their appearance, race, how they dress? next time take more! You don't even have the place?
