Pollo Tropical - Lake Worth

The food was delicious! It was my first time trying the Pollo Tropical and I absolutely loved it.

The chicken, rice, and beans were delicious and served hot. I'm not sure why I continue to order from this place when there always seems to be something missing.

Did not include the salsa at all. Gave hardly any beans whatsoever. The yuca was cold and disgusting, seemed like it was laying out for hours or days. The plantains were slimey and disgusting as well. Overall, food was horrible. Ive been there before and this was by far the worst they have done.

This is the second time I have not received black beans on my Tropichop order. The first time, I got the regular Tropichop which had very little food and was mostly corn. Today, I ordered the Large Tropichop all the way, but it also had mostly corn and lacked the proper amount of food. I won’t be ordering from this Pollo Tropical again. This restaurant used to be good, but now it is not up to par. I tried calling ahead multiple times to ensure they included black beans, but no one answered the phone. When I called after my order was delivered, they answered but did not resolve the issue. The Forest Hill Pollo Tropical is much better. Additionally, the Lake Worth Rd Pollo Tropical did not charge for sides of black beans, white rice, and Caesar salad as shown in this review. They were actually $4.49 each. Strange, right?

Consistent missing items. Wont be ordering from here any more.
