Not helpful staff at all and apparently they’re incompetent enough to actually help customers and instead just hang up on people.

Just Like other reviewers, I just got a shake it was supposed to be chocolate peanut butter it was like milk not even frozen and tasted

Ordered a milkshake. It was really just milk with some peanut butter at the bottom. By far the worst milkshake I have had. Other Baskin Robbins locations have made much better ones.

Very few actual ice cream flavors and none of what we selected from the website. I'm not sure how they can be considered part of the franchise. Several years ago, they didnt want to sell ne donuts. I won't be going back. DQ is open until 11:00 and just a few blocks away.

I'm really upset with these people, we order for my daughter's birthday a week in advance. The the day we go pick it up, they didn't have my cake, it was in another store 20 minutes away! Why would I drive 40 minutes when I order the cake from right next to my house! Now I have no cake for my daughter's birthday
